Freeport, Illinois — This past October FHN announced the formation of a new joint venture between FHN and Physicians Immediate Care to build an urgent care and occupational medicine facility in Freeport, Illinois.
Construction began on the new state-of-the-art clinic back in October which is located at 1009 Fairway Drive in Freeport. FHN says the facility will be open seven days a week with patient-friendly hours and that the location will be fully equipped with digital X-ray capability, lab testing and 6 exam rooms, including a trauma room for treating non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses.
We stopped by today to have a look at the progress. The new Physicians Immediate Care is scheduled to open in spring 2018.
