FREEPORT, ILLINOIS — Congresswoman Cheri Bustos will participate in a solar array panel tour at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 1 at Highland Community College, 2998 W. Pearl City Rd., Freeport, Ill.
Bustos will kick off her annual 21st Century Heartland Tour by visiting the Highland campus. This tour is one of many events Bustos will hold during the month of August to focus on issues important to rural communities and the agricultural economy.
